EARLY RELEASE SCHEME STUPIDITY

supposedly keeping people in for 15 days extra on a 3 year sentence makes a difference they might kill in the 15 dfays they should have been in prison .... er you think that they are guaranteed to go from killer to non killer in the last fortnight this is incredlibly shallow that the politicians think the p ublic are helpless to the ploy is incredible what difference really does it make
